Os pivôs do escândalo de doping no atletismo brasileiro em 2009, os treinadores Jayme Netto e Inaldo Sena, estão impedidos de exercer a profissão de professores de educação física por quatro anos. A decisão foi tomada pelo Tribunal de Ética do Conselho Regional de Educação Física de São Paulo. Em 2010, eles já haviam sido punidos pelo Superior Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva (STJD) com o banimento definitivo do atletismo. Ambos ainda podem recorrer da suspensão no Conselho Federal de Educação Física no Rio de Janeiro.
Entenda o caso
Os treinadores Jayme Netto e Inaldo Sena confessaram ter aplicado a substância proibida eritropoietina em cinco atletas da equipe brasileira de atletismo: Jorge Célio, Bruno Sena, Josiane Tito, Lucimara Silvestre e Luciana França. O teste deu positivo exame antidoping feito em 2009 e todos foram suspensos por dois anos pelo STJD.
