“Correr pela manhã, entre 7h e 8h, é o melhor horário em dias quentes de verão, pois nesse período está mais fresco e o sol ainda não é tão quente. Por causa do aquecimento global, a temperatura tem se elevado, e os corredores devem tomar cuidado com os treinos após às 10h, já que nesse horário, além do calor, o atleta enfrenta dificuldades relacionadas à baixa umidade do ar. Aqueles que não conseguem levantar cedo da cama podem fazer uma mudança na rotina e treinar à noite. Vale lembrar que, com o calor excessivo, o cuidado com a hidratação deve ser redobrado, independentemente do horário”.
