A empresa chinesa Peak lançou neste mês, na China, o Future I, tênis de corrida com impressão 3D. Ela tornou-se a terceira empresa esportiva a lançar um modelo com essa tecnologia, atrás de Adidas e Under Armour.
Os tênis de corrida com impressão 3D são inspirados no modelo da Peak mais popular, o FLY V. Promete boa ventilação, leveza e flexibilidade por conta de sua malha especial com tecnologia 3D.
O modelo está sendo vendido na China por RMB 1299 (moeda local), cerca de R$ 580. Ainda não há previsão de chegada do modelo ao Brasil.
A Peak começou a utilizar a impressão 3D em 2013 e, desde então, vem usando a tecnologia para produzir moldes dos seus tênis. A tecnologia presente no Future I, aliás, recebeu o prêmio principal na primeira Competição de Design Industrial da China.
