O nado crawl é o primeiro que se aprende ao fazer aulas de natação e é o estilo mais básico de nado que existe. Mas a maioria das pessoas se atrapalham na coordenação dos braços, cansam-se demais durante a execução ou perdem o equilíbrio com facilidade.
Para ajudar a execução do crawl, o medalhista olímpico Gustavo Borges ensina um exercício educativo indicado para os que querem aperfeiçoar o nado, mantendo o equilíbrio, evitando diferenças de puxada ou amplitude de braçada.
“As dicas farão com que o nadador realize braçadas apenas com um dos lados, isolando o outro. Assim, a atenção será maior nos detalhes de cada braçada. No final dele, você será capaz de transferir a boa técnica aprendida para o nado padrão”, afirmou Borges.
O exercício consiste em fazer três braçadas isoladas de um lado e três do outro. Em seguida, o aluno deve realizar três braçadas normais de crawl, alternando cada lado.
