Tem umas receitas que sempre deveriam ficar na porta da geladeira para fazer parte do cardápio. É o caso desta receita de pão de queijo fit, sem glúten, sem lactose e muito fácil de fazer.
A consistência dos tubérculos cozidos misturada ao polvilho deixa a massa com a consistência muito parecida com a do tradicional pão de queijo. Receita da chef Laila Mengarda (Cozinha Reconectiva), é perfeita para levar de lanche para o trabalho ou para o pré-treino. “Ainda dá para fazer com sobras de purê de outras refeições, congelar e ter sempre uma opção livre de glúten, de lactose e cheia de nutrientes para qualquer hora”, sugeriu Laila.
2 xícaras de purê (batata, batata-doce, inhame, aipim etc)
3 colheres (sopa) de polvilho azedo
3 colheres (sopa) de polvilho doce
1 colher de chia
1 colher (chá) de sal
1 fio de azeite ou de óleo de coco
Misture bem todos os ingredientes com as mãos. Faça bolinhas e congele ou leve para assar em forno preaquecido a 200 graus por 30 minutos. Você pode rechear o pão de queijo fit com sua pasta favorita: pesto, hommus, pasta de beterraba…
