O treino Corre Brasil no Ibirapuera é um treino completo.
Teremos palestra com muita informação sobre treinamento de corrida, treino funcional específico para corrida, treino de corrida ou caminhada de 3 ou 6km, medalhas aos participantes e café da manhã com sorvete pós treino.

7:00 às 7:40: Confirmação de presença
7:40 às 8:00 Palestra: Qual modelo de tênis devo utilizar
8:10 Treino funcional específico para corrida
8:40 Treino corrida e caminhada 3 ou 6km
9:10 Café da manhã com picolé e entrega das medalhas de participação
